  • First thing’s first, we have to talk numbers. I can provide you with an in-depth home evaluation after I’ve seen the home with my own eyes. Technology is great! And we can get a range when we calculate value based on online data, but nothing can replace the human element of walking through a house and seeing the condition, level of maintenance, quality of fixtures and so much more! This is when we’ll be able to get a more specific idea of what you’re house is currently worth in TODAY’s market.

  • I have a 20 Point Marketing Plan I go over and offer my clients. With my background in marketing, I believe this is the most crucial part of the entire sales process. And it starts well before getting the house listed.

  • Once you’re under contract, we’re not done; we have to get to the closing table. This is when inspections are happening, more negotiations, appraisals, repairs, title searches, buyer financing… this is when you need a great Realtor® by your side!

  • Once we've found your next home, I will guide you through every step of the buying process to ensure a smooth transition. But my service doesn't stop there.
